• To facilitate counselling sessions between counsellors and participants.

• Within your organization: Admins and counsellors within your subscribing organization can access participant results as part of the guidance process.
• Service providers: We use third-party services (cloud hosting, email delivery) that process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements.
• Legal requirements: When required by applicable Indian law or court order.

5. Data Retention

We retain participant data for the duration of the organization's subscription and for up to 12 months thereafter, unless deletion is requested earlier.
